First of all... is "bettered" a word?

I was able to cut a minute and a half off of my 5K time which is exciting. We're getting down to the nitty gritty here and I'm getting real anxious.

Haven't had anyone lese donate since my buddy Rabber and I'm really hoping you all will help me raise some money for  Glory Be to Kids. You've checked out the web site, they have been doing great things for years for so many different charities. I'm just trying to do my part to help then reach their annual goal of $20,000. We're just at about $18,000 so my goal of $1000 will just about get us there.

Feel free to leave some encourgaing words... lord knows I need it.
