GBTK - Give it a Tri
So I swam today and then came home, rested for about 2 hours and then decided to go for a bike ride... not a real good idea.
I need to pace myself and remember that I'm new to all of this and not get too cocky. I'm beat, my legs hurt.... and I was stupid. Why would I after about 4 weeks of beginning think I could handle 2 activity workouts in a day? The last thing I need to do is hurt myself. Perhaps I will stick to one activity a day for July and then switch to "2-a-days" in August.
I'm going to go eat, watch some HGTV and then call it a night.
